Delivery Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. of the order being received. We use Royal Mail post for all deliveries. We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case we will advise you of the delay or you can have the option to full refund or alternative product.
Payment
Payments are processed using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this.
Payment by UK Cheque is accepted, goods will only be dispatched upon cleared funds.
Shipping Cost
Delivery, there is a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95 for deliveries within the UK (see payment & delivery page)
Our products are handmade so there can be a variation in colour from the pictures on this website.
Returns and Refunds We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are proved faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Goods All of our products are quality checked before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the fault.
When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK or an equivalent service if you live outside of the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned.
